Visitor Guide
Entry is free for trade visitors but online pre-registration is required. Steps below are compiled from the official CIOE registration and visitor pages.
Registration in Four Steps
Step 1 · Free online pre-registration Free
Register on the official CIOE website or mini-program. Pre-registration usually closes on Sep 8, 2026 — it unlocks show updates, early badge collection and fast-track entry.
Step 2 · Save your QR code
Screenshot your QR code or keep your registered phone number. On-site registration queues are long — avoid it.
Step 3 · Self-service badge printing
Print your badge at the self-service counters with your phone number or QR code, and bring your ID. Counters are at the South Lobby, South Entrance and near Halls 2/8/12 on Level 2.
Step 4 · One badge, three shows One badge
Your badge allows re-entry across all three days and access to IICIE and elexcon via indoor corridors — no repeat security checks.
