Entry is free for trade visitors but online pre-registration is required. Steps below are compiled from the official CIOE registration and visitor pages.

Step 1 · Free online pre-registration Free

Register on the official CIOE website or mini-program. Pre-registration usually closes on Sep 8, 2026 — it unlocks show updates, early badge collection and fast-track entry.

Step 2 · Save your QR code

Screenshot your QR code or keep your registered phone number. On-site registration queues are long — avoid it.

Step 3 · Self-service badge printing

Print your badge at the self-service counters with your phone number or QR code, and bring your ID. Counters are at the South Lobby, South Entrance and near Halls 2/8/12 on Level 2.

Step 4 · One badge, three shows One badge

Your badge allows re-entry across all three days and access to IICIE and elexcon via indoor corridors — no repeat security checks.

Arrive early; reserve seats 20 minutes ahead for popular sessions. Some exhibitors start packing on the afternoon of Day 3.

September 9–11, 2026 at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an), No.1 Zhancheng Road, Fuhai Street, Bao’an District. CIOE occupies Halls 1–13.
What are the opening hours?
09:00–18:00 daily; entry closes at 14:30 on Sep 11. Arrive early and reserve seats for popular sessions.
Is there an entry fee? How do I get a badge?
Free for trade visitors with online pre-registration. Print your badge at self-service counters using your phone number or QR code, and bring your ID. Re-entry is allowed across all three days.
Can one badge access the co-located shows?
Yes — one badge covers CIOE (Halls 1–13), IICIE (Halls 14–15) and elexcon (Hall 16), connected by indoor corridors with no repeat security checks.
How large is the show?
CIOE 2026 expects 260,000 sqm, 4,000+ exhibitors, 150,000+ visitors and 90+ conferences; the three co-located shows total 320,000 sqm with 5,000+ exhibitors and 240,000+ visitors.
Are conferences free to attend?
Most industry and application forums are free with registration. Academic congresses such as IEEE OGC 2026, IWAPS and the Chinese Optical Society congress are paid and require separate registration.
How do I find specific exhibitors?
Use the official exhibitor/product directory to search companies and booth numbers in advance, then navigate with the floorplan available at the lobbies.
How can overseas visitors get a visa letter?
Submit a request on the official visa assistance page, and contact the appointed agency for hotel and itinerary support.
What support is available for buyers?
